Before You Book

Is there a cost or obligation?

None. Your consultation is complimentary and nothing is ordered on the day. We provide you with a written quote after the appointment. 

Are the diamonds certified?

Yes — GIA or IGI always, your order will come with the certificate and an appraisal with all the details

How long does a custom ring take?

Each ring is unique but most take a few weeks once the final design is approved. If you need the ring on a certain date let us know so we can work backwards from there

What does the lifetime care cover?

Cleaning, inspections, prong checks and tightening, plus resizing if needed
